The delay in issuing the plate for last year, (Coitirrvu or Ann.) was impossible to avoid, so long time being required to print the large qunntiy, that was wanted, and at the same time keep up the quality ofthe impressions, the latest of which the are happy to say, will be found to be most circe - lent in every respect; the Committee were determined that no inferior impressions should be issued, and in this they have been completely successful. For above a year, this plate has been printing night and day, and will still continue to be so, till every mem. ber has received his copy.
