IN pursuance of an order of His Honor Chief Justice Palmer, dated the twenty- eighth day of December, A. D, 1885, in the matter of an Act ot the Parliament of Canada, passed in the forty-fifth year of Her Present Majesty s reign, chapter 23, intituled “An Act Respecting In- solvent Banks, Insurance Companies, Loan Companies, Building Societies and Trading Corporations, and of the Presi- dent, Directors and Company of the Bank of Prince Edward island, an In- solvent Banking Company. HE Liquidators of the above named Banking Company wiil Sell by Public Auction, on TUESDAY, the 23rd day of FEBRUARY, next, A. D., 1886, at the hour of eight o’clock in the evening, in the bal| of Stone's Hotel, on Main street, in Souris Kast, ail that tract, piece, or parcel ot land, described in the Indenture of Mortgage, hereinafter mentioned as all that tract, piece and parcel of land, hereditaments and pre- mises, situate, lying and being in Souris East aforesaid, bounded and described as follows, that is to ssy.
