The case of a resident of Morell who was charged with driving while intoxicated, which case had been adjourned on pre- vious occasions and to which charge the defendant had pre— viously pleaded not guilty, was proceeded with and two wit- nesses were heard for the crown. The case was then ad- journedng one week. G. R. Foster, Oh’town represented the accused.
