PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that Her Majes- ty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, Court of AssizeS. and General Jail Delivery, for King’s County. will be held at the Court House, in Georgetown, on Tuesday, the Twenty-second day of February next, 1870, at the hour of ten o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which all Justices. Coroners, High and Petit Censtables and Baililfs, will take notice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil all those things which, by reason of their several ofices shall be to be done. Y virtue ofa Writ of Execution, to me directed, is- sued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judica- ture, at the suit of the Hon. James Warburton, Treason er of Prince Edward Island, on behalt'of Her Majesty the Queen, against the following Town Lots and parts of Town Lots in Charlottetown, being the arrears ofassesso ment due thereon, for the various sums following, viz:

all in Charlottetown, Queen‘s County, I have levied the said writ on the above recited Town Lots and parts of Town Lots, for the several amounts due thereon, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will set up an sell, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at Public Auction, on the third day of February, 1870, at the hour of twelve o’clock, noon, the above mentioned Town Lots and parts of Town Lots, to satisfy the levy marked on the said writ against them, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.
