suit of William llamil'on llobkirk, against the lands, tenements and hereditaments of John Egan, late of Charlottetown, deceased. I have taken and seized, as the property ot the tflid late John Egan, deceased. All the right, title and freehold interest of the said late John Egan, in his lifetime, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of ground and premises, situate in Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, being Lot No. 17, as laid down on a Plan of Subdivision of several Town Lots purchased by Charles Hensley. and lodged in the oilioe of the Surveyor General of the said 13- land, having a front of Forty feet on Grafton Lane, and extend. ing back Seventy feet on to the division line of Lots numbers Fit. teen and Sixteen, and on the south by Lot No. Eighteen, on premises known as Plots Nos. 10 and 11, on the Plan of that portion of Common Lot belonging to Francis Longworth, said Plot No. 10 commencing on the south-n est Side of a new Street called Longworth ,Street, at a distance of ninety nine feet from the St. Peter’s Road, thence extending southwestwardly along said new Street Forty feet, and from said two points extending parallel side lines at right angles, for the distance of Eighty-eight feet, and said Plot No. 11, having a sufficient front on the St. Peter’s Road to give Forty six feet on a right angle line, and extending from the St. Peter’s Road by parallel side lines, Southeastwardly, the Southeastwartllv side line having Seventy-two feet. and the North- eastern Eighty-seven feet in length—said two Plots being bound- ed on their several sides in the manner laid down on said Plan, and agreeably to the foregoing description; also, all that other tract of land and premises situate on or forming part of Common Lot No. Thirty-two, within the Royalty of Charlottetown, and described as Plot No. Twelve in a certain Deed of Convoyance of part (of said Common Lot, executed by said Francis Longwiirth and Sarah Parker, his wife, to John Longworth, bearing date the fifth day of July, 1856, and also on the plan annexed to said deed, the said Plot being bounded on the North-Westward by the St. Peter’s Road, having a sufficient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel sidelines running south-eastward- ly from said road to the south-western side line, being Eighty- eight feet in length, and the north-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said north-eastern line following the side line of a. new Street re- cently opened from the St. Peter’s Road to Euston Street; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Thursday the Twelfth day of July, 18M)", at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown aforesaid, set. up and sell at Public Auction, the said property. as as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £111 ‘Js. 9d., and interest on £100 from the 22d day of April last. 1864, until paid, together with 165 8d for this writ, as also Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
