LXV. That, upon any petition being presented, under this Act, to the Chancellin‘. concerning a person of unsound mind, it shall be lawful for the said ChanCellor, should he so think ﬁt, to direct that a Commission, in the nature of a writ de lunatic.) inquirem/o, shall issue, concerning such per- son, and to postpone making an order upon such petition, until a return shall have been made to such commission.

LXVI. That, upon any petition, under this Act, being resented to the Chancellor, or to the Court of Chancery, it shall be lawful for the said Chancellor. or the said Court of Chancery, to postpone making any order upon such peti- tion, until the right of the petitioner or petitioners shall have been declared, in a suit duly instituted for that pur- pose.

LXVII. That, in citing this Act, in other Acts of the General Assembly of this Island, and in legal instruments, and in legal proceedings, it shali be sufficient to use the ex— pression “ The Trustee Act, 1866.”

LXVIII. That this Act shall come into operation on the ﬁrst day ofJunc, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.

LXIX. That, from and after the day when this Act shall commence, and take effect, all other Acts, and parts of Acts, contrary to, or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, shall be, and the same are, hereby repealed.

out of llcr Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Hamilton llobkirk, against the lands, tenements and hereditaments of John Egan, late ofCharlottetown, deceased, I have taken and seized as the property ofthe said late John Egan, deceased, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said late John Egan, in his lifetime, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of ground and premises, situate in Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, being Lot No. 17, as laid down on a Plan of subdivision of several Town Lots purchased by Charles liens- ley, and lodged in the ofﬁce of the Surveyor General of the said Island, having a front of Forty feet on Grafton Lane, and ex- tending back Seventy feet on to the division line of Lots numbers Fifteen and Sixteen, and on the south by Lot No. Eighteen, on the Plan of subdivision aforesaid; also, all that tract of land and premises known as Plots Numbers Ten and Eleven, on the Plan of that portion of Common Lot belonging to Francis Longworth, said Plot No. Ten commencing on the South-west side of a new Street called Longworth Street, at a distance of Ninety—nine feet from the St. Peter’s Road, thence extending South-westwardly along said new Street Forty feet, and from said two points ex- tending parallel sidc lines at right angles, for the distance of Eightywight feet, and said plot Number Eleven, having a sufﬁci- ent front on the St. Peter’s Road to give Forty-six feeton a right angle linc,and extending from the St. Peter’s Road by parallel side lines, South eastwardly, the South-eastwardly side line having Seventy-two feet, and the north-eastern Eighty-seven feet in length—said tw0 Plots being bounded on their several sides in the manner laid dovvn on said Plan, and agreeably to the fore- going description; also. all that. other tract of land and premises situate on or forming part of Common Lot Number Thirty—two, within the Royalty of Charlottetown, and described as Plot No. Twelve in a certain Deed of conveyance of part of said Common Lot, executed by said Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker, his wife, to John Longworth, hearing date the ﬁfth day of July, 1856, and also on the plan annexed to said Deed, the said plot being bounded on the North-westward by the St. Peter’s Road, having a sufﬁcient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from said road to the South-western side line, being eighty-eight feet in length and the North-eastern Ninety-nine feet, the said North- eastern line following the side line of a new Street recently open- ed from the St. Peter’s Road to Huston Street; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Thursday, the 12th day ofJuly, 1866, at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the ColonialBuilding, in Charlotte- town, aforesaid, eet up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £111 93 9d, and interest on £100 from the 22d day of April last, 1864, until paid, together with 166 8d for this writ, as also Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
