cet emploi de timbres-postes est strictement conforme aux disposi- tions de la loi spéciale du Revenu de Guerre, 1915 qui dit que l'on ?cut employer des timbres poste au lieu des timbres de guerre du Reve nu de l'intérieur pour satisfaire aux exigences de la loi qui demandent que des timbres gommés soient em- ployés.

The sense of relief will be so great that Cauada will return the Conservative Governinent to power in spite of its shortcomings. This theory, which leans heavi!y on the reflex action of public opinion, is being loudly proclaimed by the pys chologists in”the Cabinet and the party at large. The Honorable Bob Rogers, who is not a psycholo- gist but a plain everyday politician who wants an election when he wants it and not three months after wards, says that this is all piffle. He hasn'’t much use for an outfit of psy chologists who can't recogrize the psychologica! moment wheu they see it.
