Notice is hereby given. that on application of David A. Bears, of 'l‘ownship No. Thirty-two, in the County of Queen’s. in Prince Edward Island. made to His Honor the Commissioner in Insolvency, pursuant to “The Unfortunate Debtors' Act. 1868,” I do. by his IIonor's directions, hereby appoint Saturday. the Nine- teenth day of February next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown. at Eleven o‘clock in the forenoon. as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said David A. Bears, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs, and considering the terms of a com- promise to be offered by him under the said Act.

N and after Tuesday, the 28th inst., until further no- tice, the Mails for the United States, Canada and New Brunswick. or’a Shediac, will he closed at the General Post Office, Charlottetown. every Tuesday and Friday evening at 7 o’clock.
For Nova Scotia. via Pictou, every ‘Vednesday, Friday and Saturday evening at 7 o’clock.
Mails for Great Britain. Newfoundland and the \Vest Indies, every alternate Saturday and \Vednesday evening at 7 o’clock. as follows, viz :—
Saturday, Oct. 2 \Vednesday, do 6 Saturday. do 16 \V'ednesday, do 20 Saturday, do 30 Saturday, do 11 Wednesday, Nov. 3 Wednesday, do 15
Mails for Summerside, St. Eleanor’s, North Bedeque and Lower Freetown. to be forwarded by Steamer, will be closed every Tuesday and Friday evening at 7 o'clock.
Mails for Georgetown per Steamer, every Friday even- ing at 7 o'clock.
Letters to be registered, and Newspapers must be posted at least half an hour before the time of closing the Mails.
Mails from the United States,Canada and New Brunswick, will be due on the evenings of Wednesday and Saturday, at 9.3 o’clock.
From Nova Scotia on the evenings of Monday, Tues- day and'Friday at 5 o'clock.
