He concluded kn' saying, "Canadians should refuse to pay the sche— duled 2¢ increase 1; postal rates until the post office has lived up to its promise of an improved and expandrd service to the general public. If we don't make a stand today, Canadians are going to continue.to pay more money for less and less service."
