Scvicipz.—A man named James Todd com- mii | suicide last evening by hanging himself in hie barn at Rose Valiey. Todd was a well- t-do farmer, and had a wife and grown fmily. He has been acting strangely of late, and it is believed he was insane when he com- mitted the rash act.
