o'clock noon. at the COLONIAL llUiLmsu, in C" ‘.3‘.Lo’i"i‘i$1‘OWN, under and by virtue of a power of sale, contained in a certain In- denture of Mortgage, hearing date the sixth day of February,A.D., 1861, and made between Edward Henry of Lot or Township Num- ber Twenty-one, in Prince Edward Island, Blacksmith, of the one part, and William Rat-tenbury of the same place, Farmer and Miller, of the other part : The Lnasnnonn INTEREST of the said Edward Henry, in and to ALL that tract, piece or parcel ofland and premises, being the southern moiety or half part of a certain tract of 200 acres therein mentioned,and which said southern moiety is therein described, or bounded as follows, that is to sayz—com- mencing at a stake fixed in the south end of the old Saw Mill dam; from thence by a line running west the distance of seventy-eight chains; thence north twelve chains 65 fifty links; thence east to the Saw Mill River; thence following the courses ofthe shore 0fthe said river southwardly to a stake at or near the turn ol‘said river; thence south, crossing said river, until it bears due east from the before mentioned stake, drove in the south end of the mill dam; and from thence west to the stake or place of beginning, containing by esti- mation One Hundred acres be the same more or less—ALSO ALL that other tract, piece or parcel of Land situate on the said Let or Town. ship Number Twenty-one. and bounded as follows, that is to say: by a line commencing in the most eastern angle of Messrs. Morris’s :uill-iarin, in the north side of ltattenbury's mill road; and running thence by the magnetic meridian of the year 1704, west five chains and fifty links; thence north to the South boundary line of 100 acres in the occupation of the said William ltattenbury; and thence along the same east, to the road aforesaid; thence along the said read westerly to the place of commencement; containing Fifty-five (55) acres of land, he the same more or less; together with all Grist Mills, Saw Mills, Carding and other Mills, Houses, Buildings, Waters, Watercourses, Millstreains, Mill-priviliges, and appurten- ances whatsoever to the said two several described tracts or parcels of land belonging or appertaining.

r 0 BE SOLD by Public AUCTION, at the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown, on Tuesday the Twenty-fourth day of 0cm» BER, 1865, under and by virtue of a power of sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, hearing date the Eighth day of May, ISGl, and made between Norman Gillis, of Lot or Township N0. Twenty-three, farmer, of the one part, and Robert Rennie, (f Charlottetown, Esq., of the other part, and by a certain Deed of Assignment, bearing date the nineteen day of June, 1861, assigned and transferred to Thomas Cooke,of the Royalty of Charlottetown, farmer. ALL THAT tract, piece, or parcel of land situate on the said Township No. 23, bounded as follows : Commencing at a stake fixed on the west side of the road leading from Charlotte- town to St. Eleanor’s, and in the southern boundary of said Town- ship No. ‘23, thence running along said read northwestwardly, twen- ty-eight chains and sixty links; thence south, fifty-live (55) de- grees west, to the Southern boundary of Township No.23, aforesaid, thence along said boundary East, to the place of commencement—— containing fifty Acres, be the same a little more or less, reserving to the said Norman (lillis, his, heirs and Assigns, a right of way of sixty feet in width along said Township's southern boundary line.
