c. Temporary shelter for minors. It is realized however that the 01W of Charlottetown and the town of Siunmerside are required to provide these for themselves but such pro- vision has never been made.

3. Censorship of Moving Pictures and Magazines. In view of the volume of complaints from many quarters as to the inferior and degrading, even indecent, character of the pictures which are being shown in our the- utres it is urged that the Government make provision for the censorship of all films brought here for exhibition. It was further urged that there is need for similar investigation 0f the magazines sold in our boolrstalls.

Concluding we would point out that the establlshmc t o.’ a Prince Edward Island Council tor social Service has, we hope, provided more adequate or- ganization with which to assist the Government in its efforts to social betterment.
