The second speaker was Dr. A A. McDonald (Conservative) who was given an enthusiastic reception. He first dealt with Prime Minister Mackctizie King's lnactivit before the war in regard to agr culture. Nothing had been done to relieve the farmer or fisherman, Dr. Mc- Donaid remarked if the King Gov- ernment had got a market for fish instead of giving relief it would have been much better.
