TO SEE BRUNSWICK STRING QUARTET

The Sunday afternoon performance given by the Brunswick String Quartet, artists in residence this week, proved to be an excellent be- ginning to a week devoted to chamber music at the UPEI music department.

For those not fortunate enough to attend this perfor- mance, fear not. The quartet will be performing two more times before they leave our campus. They will be per- forming Thursday, March 24 (this evening) at 8 pm in the Steel Recital Hall, with Dr. Frances Gray, pianist. Ad- mission is $8 for adults, $3 for students and seniors, and tickets are available at the door.

As their final perfor- mance, the quartet will be performing with UPEI stu- dents and the chamber cho- rus on Friday, March 25 at 7:30 pm. PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE IN TIME OF PERFORMANCE. Ad-

“Israel is the only coun- try that doesn’t have defined borders”, he said.

He went on to explain that the two blue strips on the flag of Israel symbol- izes the Nile and Euphrates rivers and that the coun- try may want to expand its, boarders to that extent.
