PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, Court of Assize and General Jail Delivery. for King's County, will be held in the Court House, in Georgetown. on Tuesday, the 20th day of July next, coming. (A. D.) 1869. at the hour of Ten o’clock, forenoon of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petit Constables and Baililfs. will take notice. and, laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfill all those things which, by "reason of their several offices, shall be to be done.

NOTICE. HEREAS a Writ has been issued to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled "An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways, and of the Actsin amendment thereof.” whereby we . arc commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the lands through which a certain new road is intended to be made, commencing at Montague Bridge. Lot 59, and extending to Burnt Point Bridge, Murray Harbor; we do hereby give notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Writ by at- tending at Montague Bridge. Lot 59. on Wednesday. the 14th day of July next, at the hour often o’clock. in the forenoon, and from thence we will proceed through the said new line of road and complete the inquest ac— cording to law.
