Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me di- rected. issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Findley against Charles Stewart. I have taken and siezed as the property ot the Sald Charles Stewart, All the right. title and leasehold interest of the said Charles Stewart, in and to Fitty Acres of Leasehold Land, situate on Township Number Sixty~two, in Queen's County, in the said Island. and lying on the North side of the Belle Creek Road, and lately occupied by the said Charles Stewart, (the particular description of which will be given before the day of Sale.) together with the house, barn, and other buildings thereon, and all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging. or appertaining, and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Tuesday, the Seventh day of September next, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-Eight (1868). at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlotte- town, in the said County. Set up and Sell at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Sixty- one pounds three shillings and four pence (£61. 3s. 4d.), together with Interest on Sixty pounds (£60. 0. 0d. from 10th January, 1868. until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a. Writ of Fieri Facias, .to 'me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Ju- dicature, at the suit of Terence Carroll against James J. Wisener ; I have taken and seized as the property of the said James J. Wisener. all the Right. Title and Leasehold Interest of the said James J. Wisener. in and to all that Tract, Piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being on Township Number 48, in Queen’s County, in the said Island. bounded as follows, that is to say. commencing at a certain post or stake fixed in the ground on the north side of the eastern boundary line of James Fitzsimmoris Farm, and on the east side of a certain Mill Dam, there situate, and from thence North for the distance of two chains and fourteen links, thence West for the distance of six chains and sixty links, thence South two chains and fourteen links to the Mill Dam. aforesaid. and thence six chains and sixty links to the place of commencement, containing by estimation one acre and two fifths of an acre of Land, a little more or less. together with the Dwelling House and all build- ings thereon and all hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining. and also all the Leasehold Estate and interest of him the said James J. Wisener. in and to two chains of Land. situate on the East side of the Creek or Stream. as also four acres of Land. a little more or less, situate on the West side of the said creek, and running the full width of this the said James Fitzsimmons’ farm on both sides, together with the Grist Mill and Kiln, Saw Mill and Shingling Machine thereon, and all and singular other the build- ings, heriditaments. and appurtenances thereon and thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will. on Tuesday, the Second day of March, One thousand eight hundred
