Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Yeo against l’olite Gaudet, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Polite Gaudet, all the right, title and leasehold interest, in and to 48 acres of leasehold land together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. 5, in Prince County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 4th October,1866,at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in said County, set up and sell at public auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £16 163 9d, with law- ful interest thereon, from 24th February, 1863 ,until paid, and 175 for said writ, besides Sheriff's fees and incidental expenses.
