This is an application for a writ, of certiorarl to set aside a conviction un- dcr the Prohibition Act, by George Tweedy. on Nov. 7th, 1928. Under this Perl’? Was fined $200.00 or three months for having intoxicating liq- uor ln his possession.

In the application. Perry was mp- resentcd by EH. Strong. KC. and John 8WD. K C., and the respondent by Thane Campbell.

The application was submitted on the following grounds:
