N pursuance of a Decree made by this Honorable Court, in this suit, hearing date the Thirteenth day of November last, there will be Sold by Public Auction, in the apartment occupied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlottetown, on SATURDAY, the fifth day of MAY next, at the hour of Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, ALL that tract, piece or parcel of LAND, situate, lying and being in the Royalty of Princetown, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, Consisting ofSlX PASTURE LOTS, numbered as follows. that is to say, Number Twenty, (20) Number Twenty-one, (21) Number Twenty-tire, (22) Number Forty-one, (41) Number Sixty-three. (U3) and Number Sixty-four, (64), as laid down on the plan of said Royalty, containing Forty-eight acres of land, in Lots of Eight acres each, be the same more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all easements, rights and appurtenances to the same belonging or ~appertaining.
