On Saturday. Islanders view- ing the Grey Cup Parade will be watching the Miss Grey Cup contestants with an added note of interesit since this year one of the contestants. Miss Calgary Stampeder. boasts P.E.I. as her native province.
Shirley MacDougall. 18-year- old daughter, of Mr. and Mrs. Lorne MacDougall of Calgary. has been named as Miss C al- gary Stampeder. and today she begins a busy round of activities that culminates on Friday With the crowning of Miss Grey Cup.
Shirley was born in Charlotte- town on June 10. 1944. and h e r parents moved to Calgary while she was still very young. Mr. and Mrs. John D. MacDougall. . . are Shirley's grandparents and another grand- mot er. Mrs. A. Mac-Do . resides at Albion Cross. Next summer she plans to spend some time visiting on die Island
