Road District, N o. 1—King‘s County. IIE Subscriber will sell by Public Auction, the repairs of the Roads and Bridges in the above District, in the following order:—
On Monday the 18th day of June next. at the hour of 8 o‘clock, a. m , the repairs on the road West of Morell; and from the road west of Morell to llughes’ Mill, from Peter Sinott’s to John Mac- Ewen’s Road; from John Mela‘wen's Road to Peake's Road, and from Lappin's to O‘Brien's; from Jardinc's gate to John McEWen’s Road; the South end of John McEwen’s Road; from Peter Sinott’s to Main Post Road; and from Back Farm Road to McGuire’s.
On Tuesday the 19th, at 9 o’clock, a. m., the road from John Jay’s to (lillon’s; from Gillon's to Douglass’s; from Gillon’s to Peake’s Road’s; from Cardigan Road to l’cake’s Road; from Car- digan Road to James Mcltae’s; and the Cardigan Road within the District.
On Wednesday the 20th, at 9 o’clock, a. m., the head of the Hillsborough Settlement Road; the road round the head of Hills- borough; the road across the Ba rren‘s to Douglass‘s; the Cunovoy Road; road to St. Peter‘s(Westl Church; and the Main ltoad’from County Line to James McDonald’s.
On Thursday the 21st, at 9 o’clock. a. m., the Main Post Road, from Morell Bridge to James McDonald's; from Main Road to Joseph McEwen’s; the north end of John .llcl-Jwen’s Road; from Main Road to St. Peter’s Lake; from Clark’s Mill along St. Peter’s settlement; from Main Road to McVarish’s; from Main Road to St. Peter’s Harbor; and from back larms to McInnis'.
Ample security will be required for the i'aithl'ul performance of each contract.
