case ior the Crown. He explained that a plan was being prepared, which would be ready the following morning. In the meantime he went on to give a description oi the scene oi the accident. The car which caused the accl- dent came up Pownal street at an 'xccssive rate oi speed, and, failing‘ to swerve to the right enough to get into Spring Park Road, it ran up on the sidewalk. at the corne and knoclgad down Mr. Simmons.
