in Charlottetown, on Tuesday the Twenty-fourth day of 00m- BER, 1865, under and by virtue of a power of sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, hearing date the Eighth day of May, 1861, and made between Norman Gillis, of Lot or Township No. Twenty-three, farmer, of the one part, and Robert Rennie, (.f Charlottetown, Esq., of the other part, and by a certain Deed of Assignment, bearing date the nineteen day of June, 1861, assigned and transferred to Thomas Cooke, of the Royalty of Charlottetown, farmer, ALL THAT tract, piece, or parcel of land situate on the said Township No. 23, bounded as follows : Commencing at a stake ﬁxed on the west side of the road leading from Charlotte- town to St. Eleanor’s. and in the southern boundary of said Town- ship No. 23, thence runningalong said road northwestwardly, twen- ty-eight chains and sixty links; thence south, fifty-five (55) de- grees west, to the Southern boundary of Township No.23, aforesaid, thence along said boundary East, to the place of commencement— containing ﬁfty Acres, be the same a little more or less, reserving to the said Norman Gillis, his heirs and Assigns, a right of way of sixty feet in width along said Township's southern boundary line.

Y virtue ofa Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature at the suit of George Jones against Charles Jones, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Charles Jones, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Charles Jones in and to one half acre of freehold land, bounded on the East by the road leading to Summerside, on the South by land occupied by Anthony Craswell, and on the North by the Jail and Court House Lot, and is part of Lot No. 17, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 186.3, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court- Ilouse, in St. Eleanor‘s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being £155 0s. 0d., currency, together with lawful interest on £150 6s. 0d., part thereof from the lst day of May, 1862, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of the Hon. James Yeo, against the Lands, Tenements and here- ditaments of the late James McKinnon, deceased; I have taken and seized as the property of the said James McKinnon. deceased, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said James Mac- Kinnon, in and to two hundred acres of land, with the improve- ments thereon, situate on Township No. 14. in Prince County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 11th day of March, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Elea- nor’s, in said County, set up ano sen oy puoric auctrom too said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £ll4 23. 2d., with interest on £1013s. 4d., part thereof from 8th December, 1846, until paid, 173. for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.
