I Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of' Judicature. at the suit of Thomas Kenny, Edward Kenny, Edward Thomas Kenny and Edward Joseph Kenny against Ronald Walker, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Ronald Walker, All his right. title and interest in and to one acre of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurten- ances thereon, situated at Annandale, Grand River, Township No. 56, bounded on the North by land in possession ofArchihald McDonald, on the South by Grand River. on the East by Grand River Wharf Road, and on the West by land in the possession of William Norton, Esquire, in King’s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Monday. the second day of March, 1868, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, at the Old Court House in Georgetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum ofTwo hundred and fifty-five pounds and three shillings, with interest on £245 93 8d, part thereof, from the 2st day of September, 1865, until paid, together with 163 8d for this writ, besides Sheriff's fees and all incidental expenses. [sep 4] Y virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court. of Judicature, at the suit of Edwin Locke and John Kingdom against Francis Boys, 1 have taken and seized, as the property of the said Francis Boys, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Francis Boys, in and to one hundred and twenty-two acres ofland, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the Appin Road, Lot or Township Thirty, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the Fourteenth day of September, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction. the said preperty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Thirty-four pounds twelve shillings and two pence, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. 53, bounded on the North by the Road leading from Head of

St. Peter’s Bay, to Cardigan, on the East by land in the pos- session of Michael Herring, and on the West by land in the possession of John McDonald, Roderick’s son, in King’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Monday, the 19th day of August next, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, at the old Court House in Georgetown, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of £10 3s 4d, debt and costs, with interest on 3:7 105, from 16th April, A.
