N pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of this Island, made and passed

in the 'I‘wenty—lourth year of the reign of Iler Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled " An Act relating to the Land Assessment at preSent imposed by Law on the Town and Royalty of Prince Town,” and also of an Act made. and passed in the '1‘wenty-seventh year of the same reign, intituled, “ An Act to consolidate and amend the several Laws im- posing an Assessment on all Lands in this Colony, and for the encouragement of Edu- cation,” 1 do hereby give public notice that I have made proehnnation according to the terms of the said Acts, 01 all the undermcn- tioned Town Lots, Water Lots, Common

And the owners of the aforesaid Lots, parts of Lots and tracts of Lands 0 in arrear- and proclaimed as aforesaid, are hereby notified that in case the sums charged on them as aloresaid, together with the costs which have been incurred, shall not be paid before the next EASTER TERM of the Supreme Court, which will commence on TUESDAY, the Seventh day of MAY next, application will be made to the Supreme Court during the said Term for Judgment against the said Lots or tracts of Land respectively.

IIEREAS a Commission has been issued. directed to the undersigned, whereby we are Commended to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a certain new line of Road is intended to pass, leading from Mr. J. B. Pcrr ’5 Corner, across the dillcrcnt Farms to t 0 St. Eleanor’s and Summer-side Road, to strike said read between Darby's and Green’s Mill, Lot 17 ; now we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission, by attending at the Farm of Mr. J. B. Perry, Miscouehe, on Itloxmr, the 25th day of FEBRUARY, 1867, at the hour of 10 o’clock, a.m., of which all persons in- terested are requested to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
