in the national finals to be held in Quebec on Nov. 2.

us it seems that GIRIS are not very interested in Women's sports! Very few attend either ladys' Basketball or Field Hockey games, but crowd into the gym or Forum to see the boys play. We recently remarked that we thought, to generate interest, itwouldbeagoodidea if basketball games here were scheduled as double—headers with the Lady Panthers pre- ceding or following what would have to be regarded as the "Main" event. Several BOYS remarked tone that

they thought it a good idea. Not one girl has made any comment. We have learned that a A Lady's Intercollegiate Volleyball League is being formed and Coach Barb
