Y virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of 13 Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of Charles Palmer, against Peter Stewart, I have taken and Seized, as the property of the said Peter Stewart, All the right, title, and leasehold interest of the said Peter Stewart, in and to 1th acres

of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon,‘

situate on Township No. 5'2, in King’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 19th day of October, 1866, at 12 o'clock, noon. at the Court House in Georgetown. set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being £3l 195 511., currency, together with interest. on 1324, part thereof. from the 17th day of November, l864, until paid, besides Shorili's fees and all incidental expenses.
