Y virtue of a writ of Fieri li‘acias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cature, at the suit of John Alister Lowerlet McDonald, against Daniel Fitzpatrick, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Daniel B‘ithatrick. all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Daniel Fitz- patrick, in and to all that piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being on the north side of St. Peter’s Road, and bounded as follows, that is to say : commenc- ing at the margin of the said read, at the division line between Townships numbers thirty-five and thirty-six, and extending back on said line until it meets John McAulay’s land; thence along the line of said land westwardly to the land occupied by James McQuaid; thence southerly to the St. Peter’s Road; and thence along the said road to the place ofcommeucement, con- taining by estimation one hundred (IOU) acres of land, a little more or less. in Queen’s County, in the said Island; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will. on Tuesday, the eighth day of June next, 1869, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being the sum of one hundred and twenty-five pounds thirteen shillings and seven-
