Stramburg against Arthur llarvie, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Arthur Ilarvie, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Arthur llarvic, in and to 85 acres of land,a}littlc more orlcss, situate on Townships numbers 3'3 and ‘24, and bounded as followsz—commcncing at a stake fixed in the western side of the New Glasgow Road, and in the northern boundary of Richard Bolt‘s farms,thence North eighty nine degrees west, to the distance of seventy-eight chains; thence north I;«rty-tw0 degrees west, eleven chains and fifty links; thence south along the old division line between Townships Nos. 32 and 2-1, forty-two chains fifty links, thence north four chains, seventy- hve links; thence south eighty-nine degrees,east thirty-five chains to the New Glasgow Road; thenco south thirty-two degrees, cast eighteen chains seventy links to the placo of beginning, in Queen's County; and I do hereby give public notico, that I will, on the 17th day of November, 1860, at 1?. o’clock, noon, at. the Court- IIousc. in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auc- tion the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £74. 16s 8d, besides Sheriff’s fees

John Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against Donald Suckles, of St. Andrew's Parish, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald Suckles, All his right, title and interest in and to 50 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 50, in King’s County, with the appurtenances there- on; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 17th day of November next, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set- up and sell at public auction, the above recited property, to satisfy the levy marked on the said precept, being £5 Cs, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Nash, against William Beairsto, I have taken and seized as the property ofthe said William Beairsto, All the right, title, legal and equitable estate and interest of the said William Deairsto, in and to that piece or parcel ofland,bound- ed as follows: Fronting thirty-six feet on Water Street, running back by two parallel lines to the shore of Bedeque Bay, bounded on the west by property in the possession of Mr. Connors, and on the east by property in the possession of Ronald McDonald,togethor with a right of Way of ten feet to the shore, aforesaid, on the west side by the said thirty-six feet, together with the buildings, tene- ments and improvements thereon, situate in the town of Summer- side, in Lot or Township No. 17, in Prince County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Saturday, the 23d day of May, 1868, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court lIcuse in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereofas will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £333 135 lid, with interest on £309 35, part there- of, from the 16th January last past, until paid, besides Sherilf’s
