Did she spend her all in meat coupons? Thm undoubtedly she's booking for meat substitutes. And what could be better than a hot vegetable plate. Not only is it; s. good substitute, but probably will be welcomed by a family satlated with too much rich food-

Three or more vegetnbles, at least. should be used. and arrang- ed on individual plates Then as the main course. the lack of meat may be made up in the use of eggs and milk in the dessert.
