Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution,‘ to me directed, issued

out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit bi Daniel Brenan, against Bartholomew Pollard, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bartholomew Pollard, all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bartholomew Pollard, in and to all that tract, piece or parcul of_Land, Situate,vl‘yiiig and being in Charlottetown, being numbered on the Plan of Iown‘ Lots Nos. 88, 89 and 90, in the First Hundred of Lots in the said Town, as Lot No. Thirteen (13), bounded by a line commencnigut a stake ﬁxed on Dorchcster Street, at the south-west corner of Iown Lot No. 91, thence westwardly along Dorchcster Street 40 feet, 1nd extending back by parallel lines, 80 feet. Also, all that other tract, piece or parcel of Land, Situate, lying and being in Lhar- lottetown, bounded as follows, that is to say-commencmg at the southeast angle of Town Lot No. 23, on the north side of Water Street, thence by a line running at a right angle With the. said street northwardly, for the distance of 80 feet, thence by a line parallel 'o the said street, northeastwardly, for the distance of 421eet, thence by a right angle line southeastwardly, for the distance of 80 feet to the said street, thence followmg the course of the said street southwestwardly, 42 feet, to the place of commencement, being one-fourth part of Town Lot No. 24, in the bust llundrcd of Town Lots in the said Town, in Queen’s County,.together With the Buildings and appurtenances thereto belonging; and I do hereby give public notice that I W1“, on the lithwday of January, 1867. at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County. Set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £75 128 4d, with his Sd for this writ, and inter- est on £71 153 8d, from 27th March, 1866, until paid, bCSides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

BY virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judica— ture at the suit of John Benjamin Cox, against Charles McDonald, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Charles Mac- Donald, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Char- les McDonald, in and to 50 acres of land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the west side of the road leading from the Head of St. Peter’s Bay to Cardigan, bounded on the south by land in possession of Martin McInnis, on Lot or Township No. 41, in King’s County, and I do hereby give public notice that I will on Monday, the Sixth day of July, 1868, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the .hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of £69 9s.10.d currency, and 16s 10d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Clementina Sobieska Beaten, Executrix of the will of Donald Beaten, deceased, against Herman McDonald, I have taken and seized as the property ofthe said Herman McDonald, All his right, title and freehold interest of the said Herman McDonald, in and to Seventy acres of land, a ltitle more or less, situate on the Gulf Shore, Lot or Township No. 45, and bounded on the West by Lot 45 Road, on the south by land in the possession of the Heirs of Hugh McEachern, deceased, and on the east by land in the pos- session ofDonald McCormack, in King’s County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will on the 5th day of July, 1868, at the hour of 12 o’clock. noon, at the Court House in Georgetown, in the said County, Set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of £411 15s 5d, with in erest on £250, part thereof, from the 17th day of May last, until paid, and 165 8d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. out of ller Majesty’s Suprcin Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Hamilton llobkirk, against the lands, tenements and hereditamcnts of John Egan, late of Charlottetown, deceased, I have taken and seized as the property ofthe said late John Egan, deceased, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said late John Egan, in his lifetime, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of ground and premises, situate in Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, being Lot No. l7,as laid down on a Plan of subdivision of several Town Lots purchased by Charles liens- ley, and lodged in the oflice of the Surveyor General of the said Island, having a front of Forty feet on Grafton Lane, and ex~ tending back Seventy feet on to the division line of Lots numbers Fifteen and Sixteen, and on the south by Lot No. Eighteen, on the Plan of subdivision aforesaid; also, all that tract ofland and premises known as Plots Numbers Ten and Eleven, on the Plan of that portion of Common Lot belonging to Francrs Longworth, said Plot No. Ten commencing on the South-west side of a new Street called Longworth Street, at a distance of Ninety-nine feet from the St. Peter’s Road, thence extending South-westwardly along said new Street Forty feet, and from said two points ex- tending parallel side lines at right angles, for the distance of Eighty-eight feet, and said plot Number Eleven, having a sufﬁci- ent front on the St. Peter’s Road to give Forty-six feet on a right angle line,and extending from the St. Peter’s Road by parallel side lines, South eastwardly, the South-castwardly side line having Seventy-two feet, and the north-eastern Eighty-seven feet in length—said two Plots being bounded on their several sides in the manner laid down on said Plan, and agreeably to the fore- going description; also, all that other tract of land and premises situate on or forming part of Common Lot Number Thirty-two, within the Royalty of Charlottetown, and described as Plot No. Twelve iii a certain Deed of conveyance of part of said Common Lot, executed by said Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker, his wife, to John Longworth, hearing date the ﬁfth day of July, 1856, and also on the plan annexed to said Deed, the said plot being bounded on the North-westward by the St. Peter’s Road, having a sufﬁcient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines 1 unning South-eastwardly from said road to the South-western side line, being eighty-eight feet in length and the North-histern Ninety-nine feet, the said North- eastern liiie following the side line ofa new Street recently open- ed from the St. Peter’s Road to Euston Street; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Thursday, the 12th day ofJoly, 1866,_at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the Colonial Building, in Charlotte- town, aforesaid, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £111 9s 0d, and interest on £100 from the 22d day of April last, 1864, until paid, together with 16s 8d for this writ, as also Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
