‘Phe death of the late Ella Rose Bradley occurred suddenly at home in Kelly’s Cross on day morning, April 30th. Appar- ently in good health, she arose in the morning and was attending pie her household duties when she was suddenly ssiricken with @ heart attack, from which she did not recover. Her pastor, Rev. James Smith, was immediately last rites of the Catholic Church.

The deceased born in Kelly’s Cross 6 years ago, daughter of John A. and Ellen Bradley, was a life long resident of this com- munity. Of friendly, yet retiring disposition, her chief interest was in her home and community where she had the respect of all. Her sudden passing was indeed a shock.

She leaves to mourn two broth- ers, Fred and William of Kelly’s Cross; tw sisters and a brother predeceased her.

A devoted family man, Mr. Warren is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. C.S. Roy (Doris) Mrs. J.E. Brydon (Vera) and Mrs. Claude Seguin (Joyee); two sons, Colin A. and S. Shelt- on; two sisters Mrs. C.H. Call- beck (Carolyn) and Ora J; and six grandchildren all of whom reside in Ottawa.

The hymns sung were “Peace Perfect Peace” and “The Lord’s My Shepherd”. Mr. Erie Mae- Gregor, a long time friend of the family, sang as a solo “The Last Mile of the Way’’.

The many and beautiful floral tributes bore silent testimony in which the deceased was held.

Interment was in the family plot at New Glasgow Cemetery.

The pall bearers were: Ernest Houston, Lorne Houston, Warren Houston, Archibald Hartling. R. G. Fleming and William Toombs.

The flower bearers were: Har- old, Wallace, Roy and Leith Dick- ieson, Lloyd Houston, Clive and Ralph (MacNeill and Reigh Bag- nall.
