I have taken and seized as the property of the said Francis Meltenna, all the right. title and leasehold interest of the said Francis McKenna, in and to all that piece or parcel of land, situated in Charlotte- town, Queen’s County, being part of Town Lot bum- her Forty-three. in the first hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown, aforesaid, together with all houses, build- ings and appurtenances thereunto belonging.and bound- ed as follows: Commencing forty-three feet from the northern corner of said lot. and running from thence south forty-three on Queen Street. and from thence at right angles east, seventy-eight feet. and from thence north parallel with Queen Street fortyothree feet. and from thence west Seventy-eight feet to place of com- mencement, and 1 do hereby give Public Notice. that I will, on the Thirteenth day of June, 13th June.) A. D. 1867. and made between William James Boswell, formely of York Point. Township No. 22, in Queen's Coun- ty, in Prince Edward Island, Farmer, and Mary Emily Susannah Boswell, his wife, of the first part, Thomas Heath Haviland, of Charlottetown, in the said Island.
