The survey will else have to include aections on the same scale as the plan of the several streets ; showing the acts- al surftice, outline and the heights fruru high water mark. The plan to be drawn on the best drawing paper and properly backed with linen, and bound ori the ed es with linen tape, and to be tltlﬂlclenlly large to allow a plan of the lots below Water-street to the edge ofthe channel, taking in the ttliurfs and stores. to be hereafter added on the sanre scale.

The Surveyor to supply all the labour and materi- als neceeeary to be provided in making such snrve and plitn, and the whole of the survey and plan shah be subject to the approval of any competent Land Surveyor or Civil Engineer. who shall be appointed by the City Council to examine and proueanca upon the accuracy of the same.

And be it further Resolved. That advertisements for Tenders for surveying the City prid making a correct plan thereof, pursuant to the above inatruc. tione, be inserted in the papers pnblirhed in this City.
