St. Mary’s Rood War Veteran Dies

The death occurred In the Kings County Memorial Hos- pital, Montague, on July 29th, of Mr. John A. MacGuigan of St. Mary’s Road in his 70th year.

The late Mr. MacGuigan was a veteran of the First World War and was also a school teacher. In his college days he was a fine athlete when he at- tended St. Dunstan’s University and Prince of Wales College.

He will be sadly missed by a host of friends and especially by his wife, the former Mary Daley. He also leaves to 'mourn two brothers, Christopher and Emmett both of St. Mary’s
