D. 1854:, and made between John T. Pidwell. of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, and Elizabeth, his wife, of the one part, and the Honourable Charles Young, of the same place, of the other part, and by a certain deed of assignment, hearing date the 23rd May.
