Y virtue of a \Vrit of Alias Statute Execution to me directed,issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of John McMurdo Cannon, John Alexander Black and John IIoosee Barry, against Joseph \Vightman. I have taken and seized, as the pro- perty of the said Joseph \Vightman, All the Right. title and freehold interest of the said Joseph Wightman, in and to all that tract of land on Lot 52. near Montague Bridge, commencing on the west side of Montague road. at the North boundary of land in possession of Man- oah Rowe. and bounded on the South by said boundary, bearing south 74dg. 30min west for the distance of seven- ty—eight feet, bounded on the “’est by a line runnin thence North for a distance of seventy~two (72) feet and hounded on the East by Montague Road aforesaid, having a front thereon extending from the aforesaid place of commencement of seventy (70) feet. and bound- ed on the North for a distance of sixty-four (61) feet by a line. if continued, that would intersect the rear line at a distance of eleven (11) feet North from the angle of seventy-two (72) feet aforesaid. and bounded thence by a rightline to said angle at seventy-two (72) feet. making a distance of twenty feet as the angle from the west end of the sixty-four (64) feet to the angle of seventy-two (72) feet or rear line of the land. Also, all that tract of land being a small Island known by the name Thrum Cap, situate in Albion Bay, including an area of three acres. a little more or less. which said tract of land or Island is particularly marked on a plan or survey of reserved lands adjoining Royalty of George- town. and kept in the Office of Registrar of Deeds. Al- 30, all that piece ofland in Lot sixty-four, commencing at a stake fixed on the North bank of South River, twen- tv—cight links cast of the wharf; thence North 10deg. west eighty-eight links; thence W est 3deg. South one hundred and thirty links; thence \Vest 30dg. North one hundred and thirty~sevcn links; thence North 12deg. east two hundred and forty-eight links; thence East Bideg. north. seven hundred and seventy-eight links to the shore of South River, and thence following courses of shore to lace ofcommenccmciit. containing two acres and 13-16 a little more or less. to astake on the point of upland on the shores of Albion Bay ; thence South 45dcg. east to channel of said creek;

thence following various courses up the same to place of commencement. centaining six acres and one rood. Also, all that tract of land at St. Andrews Point, Lot fifty-nine. commencing on the west side of the old French burying-ground. on the senth side of Montague River; thence bounded by land in the occupation of Roger VVestaway. south 50c west thirty-eight chains; thence also bounded by VVcstaway’s land south 30°

Also. all that part of the globe land reserved by Government, on Lot 59. situate and fronting on Montague River, extending due east and west eight chains and sixty-seven links; thence by parallel lines running due south a. sufficient distance to make forty-five and a half acres. Also, all that piece of ground and premises situate on Lot (44) forty-four, commencing on the North bank of Rollo Bay, at the south-west angle of Simon Burke's farm. and thence south-west along said bank for the distance of four chains and seventeen links ; thence north 69 9 east six chains and fifty links; thence north 80 ‘3 east sixty-three chains and fifty links, to the rear of John Rossiter’s farm; thence northerly along said rear four chains and thirty links; thence south 80° west sixty-three chains and fifty links, or until it meets the south line of Fidcll Dcagle's farm. and thence south 69° west along the said Fidell Deagle‘s south line to the said bank of be- ginning. being the iiorthcrmost part of the glebc and school land in Lot forty-four, containing thirty acres of land. a little more or less. Also. Town Lots Nos. 4. 9 and 13. 2d Range, Letter A, in Georgetown; 'Water Lot No. 22, in Georgetown ; Pasture Lots Nos. 30 and 127, in the Royalty of Georgetown, with the Houses. Out-houses and all Buildings on the said several and respective pieces of land, all in King’s Coniity; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Thursday, the Twenty-second day of June. A. D. 187]. at the hour of one o’clock. p. in.. at the Court House, in George- town. in the said County. set up and sell. at Public Auction. the above recited property, or as much there- of as will satisfy the levy marked on the said \Vrit, being for the ’sum of Two thousand seven hundred and forty-five pounds twelve shillings and three-pence, and interest on Two thousand and seventy-seven pounds seven shillings and one-penny, from the Fifth day of December last, (1868) till paid. also Sheriff 's fees and incidental expenses and the sum of 169. 8d. for this
