EALED TENDERS will be received at this Office until MONDAY, the 27th day ofMAY next, at ‘3 o’clock. p. :n.. from any person or persons being willing to furnish the GOVel‘lllnmlt witn a fast-sailing, staunch, substantial VESSEL, ofnot less than 50 tons burthcn, O. M, having good cabin accommodations for passenger-i, and being sufficiently manned, and fully and properly equipped anl apparclcd, and subject in all things to the approval of the Govern.- ment. The said Vessel to be required to run once a fortnight be- tween the port of Charlottetown and Cascumpec, in this Island. from the First day of JUNE next, until the 3lst day ofDECiiMb‘EIi . or the close of navigation in the present year, 1867.

The Tender is required to name the age, tonnage, rig and accom- modations of the vessel tendered, and also the sum which the Ter- derer will engage to perform the whole term ofservicc for: and fur- ther, also, the names of two persons of known responsibility, who will become bound for the due performance of the service. All freight and passage money to be the property of the owner of the Vessel. The Tender is required to express on its cover: “ Trader for Charlottetown and Cascumpec Packet Service.

The Government is not bound to accept the lowest Tender.
