Mr. Boudreau waa driving into Shecise from | his home with a load of potatoes in barrele, and when almost one mile from town he accidentally dropped bis whip which in at- tempting te recover cost him bis life. In attempting to pick up his whip he lost his balance and feil of his seat and the wheels | of the heavily loaded wagon passed over | him. Death was almost instantaneous. Deceased was a married man, 40 years of age, and leaves a wife end three children, —Moneton Times.

Diep Aproap.—All who knew him will hear with regret of tne death of Mr. C. Perley Wel#h, the well-known electrician. Mr. Welsh had been in il! health for about two years, and during the summer was compelled to completely abandon work. Thinking that a change of air might prove beneficial be left in company with his mother about a month sgo for the Catskill] Mountains, New Hampehire. But last night brought a despatch from his bereav- ed mother, telling of his death and stating that the remains would leave New York that night for Charlottetown. It is expect- ed they will arrive here tomorrow night. Mr. Welsh was for two or three years manager of the Full Electric Lignt Com- pany, in which position he gave the fullest satisfaction. At the time of his death Mr. Welsb was in his 23rd year. His early death is deeply regretted. His mother, father and sister have the sympathy of all. |
