LAND SALE. 0 BE SOLD by PUBLIC AUCTION, on THURSDAY, the Twsnrrn day of JULY next, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, at the COLONIAL BUILDING, in Charlottetown, under and by virtue of a. Power of Sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the Thirteenth day of June, A. D. 1862, and made between John Egan, then of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, Plasterer, and Margaret Egan, his wife, of the one part, and the Hon. John Longworth, of the same place, Barrister-at—Law, of the other part: ALL that piece or parcel of land, situate on or forming part of Common at No. Thirty-two, within the Royalty of Charlottetown, and described as Plot number Twelve, in a certain Deed of Conveyance of parts of said Common Lot, exscuted by Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker his wife, to the said John Longworth, bearing date the fifth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, and also on the plan annexed to said Deed, the said Plotbeing bounded on the North-westward by the St. Peter’s Road, and having a sufficient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from said Road, the South- western side line being Eightyeight feet in length, and the North-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said North-eastern line forming the side line of a new street recently opened from the St. Peter’s Road to Euston Street, together with all buildings, fences, improvements, rights and appurtenances to the said described piece of land belonging or appertaining. 27th day of April, 1867, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, un- der and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in a certain Deed of Assignment, by way of mortgage, dated the 4th day of December, A. D. 1862, and executed by Thomas Lynch, of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, Trader, to James Reddin, of the ame place, Merchant, and which said mortgage and all the right, title and interest, of the said James Reddin, thereunder, in and to the Lands and Premises therein mention- ed and described, whereby the said James Reddjn, assigned to Alexander Brown, of Charlottetown, Esquire, by, ladenture, dated the 3rd day of March, A. D. 1863, ALL that tract, piece or parcel of Land situate, lying and being in Charlotte- town aforesaid, and being part and parcel of Town Lot No. Thirty-nine (39) in the First hundred of Town Lots in Char- lottetown, aforesaid, bounded and described as follows, that is to say :—-—Fronting on Dorchester Street, and commencing at the divisiOn line of Town Lot No. Forty, in the same hundred, and running back on the said line eighty feet. to the division lineof James Perkins’s section of said Let; thence at right angles west forty-two feet, or to the division line of Ilenry Palmer’s portion ofsaid Lot ; thence at right angles north along said line eighty feet, or to Dorchestor Street aforesaid ; thence along the south side of said Street forty-two feet to the place of commencement.

SHERIFF’S SALES.

Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty ‘.s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Edward Gay, against Lionel Garnum and Abraham Garnum, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Lionel Garnum and Abraham Garnum, All the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest ofthe said Lionel Garnum and Abraham Garnum, in and to one hundred and eighty-four acres of Land, little more or less, with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Township Number (34) thirty-four, near Thompson’s Mills, in Queen‘s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice. thatI will. on the Seventh day of October. 1867, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction the said Property. or as much thereof as wili satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being Three hundred and fifty-eight pounds seventeen shillings and six- pence, debt and costs, with interest thereon, from the 29th day of January, 1866, together with 16s. 8d. for writ, besides Sherifi' ’s fees, and incidental expenses.

out of Her Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Daniel Brenan, against Francis X. DeLangie, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Francis X. DcLangie. All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Francis X. DeLangie, in and to 24 acres of Land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate en Lot or Township No. 27, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 72d day of March. 1867, at 12 o’clock. noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor‘s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, thesaid pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £283 10s 3d. debt and costs, and 168 8d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
