estate of the late DANIEL JACKSON ROBERTS, of Char- lottetown, hlcmhaiit,tiecesed, by Letter Testamentary granted by the Surrogate, dated the 9th day of March, instant, hereby notifies all persons indebted to the said Estate to pay their respective debts to the Subscriber at his oﬂice, Queen Street, forthwith. Persons holding goods and etiects belonging to the said estate, are request- ed to render accounts thereof, and to deliver up possession of the same to the Subscriber. All persons having claims against the Estate, are required to furnish their accounts, duly attested, with- out delay.

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Miller, jun., against Peter Dwyre, 1 have taken and seiZed as the propcxty of the said Peter Dwyrc, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Peter Dwyre, in and to a certain farm or tract of land on Lot 36, bounded as follows, that is to say: commencing on the St. Peter’s Road, 24 chains from the boundary line between Townships Nos. 33 and 3(5, and running southwardly parallel to and at the distance of 24 chains from said Township line until it meets the rear lines of the farms let on the liillsborough River; thence Eastwardly, along said rear line the distance of 21) chains: thence Northwardly, parallel to and at the distance of 20 chains from the other side line to the St. Peter’s Road, then along said road to the starting point, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on Saturday, the 28th day of April, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House. in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £38 125 lld, with interest thereon. from the 23th day of June last, until paid, besides Sherill"s fees and incidental
