Gaudet. upon conviction on a charge of consuming intoxicating liquor at a place other than his residence. in the Queen's County Magistrate's Court yesterday. A charge of creating a disturbance against a resident of Central Royalty was withdrawn at the re- quest of the prosecution. Argu- ments were presented by counsel for the accused and on behalf of the Crown in the case of a rest- dent of ”2ha.i-lottetown charged with possession of stolen goods, and the accused was fui-ther rc- nianded until January 26.

May. 1920 had the most sunshine with 312.4 hours and Dvcembcr. 1950 the least with 27.9 hours.
