On the 30th July, after two days illness from diptheria, Dorothy, youngest daugh: terof Captain J. B. Fraser Frizell, late H. M. 14th Regiment, aged 7 years.

At South Melville, Lot 29, on the 14th of July, after a short ilinees, William Barron, ip the 84th year of his age, leaving a sorrowing widow, five sons and nine daughters to mourn the loss of a kied bus- band and father besides a large circle of friends. May his soul rest in peace.

Yesterday’s Mvoacton Times says: Byron Brown, Louis Large, and Picton Brown came over from Charlottetown yesterday and left last night on the mari- time express to take part in the boys’ events in the World’s bicycle meet at Montreal. The Charlottetown boys will compete in the 4, 2 and 5 miles, Picton Brown also being entered in the novice race. While here the Island boys were the guests of W. S Davison, who leaves on Friday for Montreal to loek after them.
