The secretary read the minutes of the last annual meeting and

were approved as read. The treasurer. Mrs. H. G. Hynes. read the financial temcnt. for

the year and showed a substan- tial balance.

The president thanked the Rev. Director for his guidance during tbs year. and the member: for their cooperation and recalled a very successful year. The aecret nry's report showed what work had been accomplished and the numerous acts of charity which had been dlapcnacd.
