The principal strongly stressed the great responsibility of an institution in issuing diplomas, and the respon- sibility of the graduate receiving it.

C. trained.” The attendance this term was in excess of last year, and it will be largely increased af- ter the holidays. In thanking the students for their kind gifts to him- self and Mrs. Hunter, 0f the Short- hand and Typewriting Department, he took occasion to pay Mrs. Hunter a very deserving tr bute of praise, for she was not only one of thc very best graduates the C. B. C. had turned out. but she had proven herself a wonderful success in of- floe work, and this experience shc was able to give to her students.
