COMMITTEE APPOINTED -The Kiwanis Club appointed a committee at their regular weekly dinner meeting held at Old Spain yesterday, to look into the matter of children's playground facilities at Victoria Park during the summer months. The committee will meet with a similar committee from the Red Cross and the Children's Play- ground Commission to work out a plan whereby the wading pool and available equipment may be used to the best advantage in the park area.
