Harold M. Roscoe, district sales manager of the Explosives Divnion in Halifax, was born in Nova Scotia in 1094 and hwd been in the Com- pany's employment for l4 years. Of- ficials stated he had a thorough knowledge of the explosives busi- ness. He is survived by a Rife and three children.
