As for the incoming mails and passen-~ gers, the connections provided for them are sixsilar to those of last year. Trains will leave for the east and west imme fia- tely upon thearrival of the steamer at Summerside arriving at Tignish (accord~ jng to the schedule) at 10.55 and at Char- lottetown at 9.15 p. m.,—and delivering mails and passengers at the principal stations along the line. An accommodation train will leave Charlottetown for Souris and Georgetown every morning at 7.15 local, arriving at Souris at 10.10, carrying the eastern mails and passengers.

For the purpose of summer connections with the mainland and the train service of the continent, this Province will, thus, a last, be accorded its rightful position ; and we heartily congratulate the railway puthorities upon the fact that they have followed the lines of the late government, notwithstanding the furore which’ for political purposes, some of the Liberals raised when those lines were laid down,

Thev,& train will leave Charlotte- town for Souris and Georgetown at 3 p. m, arriving at Georgetown at 605 and at Souris at 7.10 p. m.,and a train will leave Tignish for Charlottetown at 2.05 p. m., local. At Summerside, the latter train will be converted into an express, which will bring forward the mails and passengers coming by steamer, and arrive here at 9.15 p.m. Moreover, a train will leave Souris for Charlottetown at 12.35 p. m., and arrive here at 4,50 p. m. There wil! thus be a delay overnight at Summerside of freight for the East and West. But passengers

will be able to come aud go right along.
