As the result of a caratruck collision on the St. Peters High-
way. Mrs. Morrison of Souris. was admitted to the Charlottetown hospital. suffer-
ing from facial lacerations. yes- terday afternoon.
The collision occurred at the Intersection of the St. Peters Highway and the Union Road. at about 2:45 pm. and the vehicles involved were a car and a half-ton truck. both late mod 1

At the time the car was travelling south on the St. Peters Highway and the truck w ‘ recess of turning left onto the Union pavement in that area was re- ported to be icy and a light snow was falling at the time. Following investigation of the accident. police said "Only for the fact that both the occupants of the car were wearing seat belts the extent and nature of the injuries would have dcfin- itely been far more serious."
