has been pleased to appoint Committees in the several Road Districts in this Island. for the distribu— tion of the amount allotted to each District for the pur- chase of Seed Grain for destitute persons—in accord- ance with the Resolution of the House of the House of Assembly, in the present Session, to consist of the lol- lowing persons, viz :—
